Moving up!!!!

Noah was sooooo excited to celebrate his birthday this month!

He was very blessed by a visit from Montana Auntie and cousin

as well as a little friend followed by family birthday celebrations.

It is fairly easy to sum-up Noah's current interests in about 4 words - 

HE'S A SPORTS GUY!

Birthday blessings included baseball bat/balls/batting gloves/bags 

(which he played about 6 HOURS STRAIGHT!!! last Sunday); 

tennis racket/balls;

snorkel gear;

etc...

(along with some legos from his big cousin that he LOVES as well!)

Here is sporting his new gear

from Auntie Teresa and Uncle John-John

that he will be able to sport when he goes to his

first Brewer's game with them this summer!!!!

(Daddy's super excited for this as well :)

 

Elijah continues to wish it was his birthday 

as he looks longingly at his big brothers new goods.

 Noah may be the oldest of the cousins, 

but Auntie Sharon is still the biggest kid of them all :)

Elite Eight Spring-Fling-Birthday-Thing

This past weekend we joined forces 

at Jones Park to celebrate

the little (getting to be not-so-little) people

spring birthday celebrations

(Noah, Jackson,and Lucy)

 We were hesitant about weather, due to predictions,

but as you can see....

BEAUTIFUL sunshiny day :)

 for all to enjoy

("little" ones)

 

 (and getting to be too-big ones too) -

who doesn't enjoy a classic game of

duck-duck-goose?

The most remarkable realization

was that our children are coming of the age

to all SIT STILL at a picnic and EAT

without constant mommy/daddy assistance!!!

(WAHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

we knew the day would come :)

(it's anyone's guess which sport we are discussing here....)

Easter Sunday

 Easter Sunday was a beautiful day!

Started with an amazingly peaceful
and mindful morning at home, 

then headed to church, 

and then Noni/Papas for the afternoon...

filled with more family time.

 

There is a reason why the eldest was absent from most of these pictures...

as he wasn't very "cooperative" in mommy's hope
 to capture a framed-photo opportunity.

 but, a little time with Lydia in your arms,
and you can't help but start to soften :)

 Noni succeeded again this year

 at engaging the children in a wild-chase 

of an egg hunt around the property...
